Delta is one of three nominees for the SHARE award, 2011. The award is granted by the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer to companies who contribute greatly to sustainability in the region.

Delta earned a nomination due to its commercial input in making a sustainable business park a success. Park 20|20, a development of Delta, VolkerWessels and Reggeborgh is one of the few business parks that is currently doing well. The reason for this success is the tremendous contribution from Delta and her partners. Delta is a true pioneer in Sustainable Development and in November 2010 was instrumental in organising a meeting between the authors of the Cradle to Cradle philosophy, Michael Braungart and William McDonough and the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. The nomination is a sign of appreciation and an encouragement for continued commitment  to sustainability.

During the SHARE congress on 4th July the winner will be announced.
