Park 20|20
The full service office park is the first in the plan for sustainable development at Werkstad A4 in line with the ‘quality of life’ guidelines as put forward by the Municipality.
The present plan comprises of approximately 90.000 m2 offices, 2.000 parking spaces, 18.000 m2 hotel with conference centre and 6.000 m2 of facilities such as a supermarket, athletics track, fitness centre, crèche, and a variety of restaurants. The park with its own on-site park management organisation will guarantee the best service facilities.
Park Fazano
The plan for Park Fazano is geared towards versatility. Young families, older generations, those looking for luxury and quality: there is something to suit everyone in this plan.
There are various accommodation types, ranging from semi-detached, detached to appartments for various target groups. The layout is cosy and intimate with some small streets having just a few houses. The apartment buildings are modest with a maximum of 3 storeys. Elements such as interesting roof features add something extra to this diverse residential area and makes it complete.
Fokker Logistics Park
The redevelopment of the site of the former aircraft factory of Fokker Aircraft, located beside Schiphol airport, is a particularly formidable challenge. The master plan conceived by Shyam Khandekar is characterised by an optimal combination of different business functions and a top-quality package of services and security. The plan comprises attractive offices on various islands along Fokkerweg and along the park lane alongside the islands, with a green parkway providing a natural border between these offices and the industrial facilities behind them. The project is being carried out in a joint venture together with Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin and Reggeborgh Beheer.
POST Rotterdam
This is one of the few remaining historical buildings in the centre of Rotterdam. It was built by royal master builder (‘rijksbouwmeester’), Kees Bremer, and has been in use since 1923. The interior is imposing with an enormous hall reaching 22.5m in height. The objective, once renovation is complete, is to return the building to it’s former grandeur so the public can once again enjoy this beautiful historical monument. The basic concept is an ambitious one as the idea is to create a mix of functions within the building, whereby high quality retail establishments and catering facilities will form the integral part of the plan as well as the possibility to realize a luxury hotel with conference facilities or offices.
Haus Christo
Haus Christo on Märkische Promenade 1a in Blankenfelde (Berlin) is a nursing home/senior citizen complex which consists of 94 nursing beds/rooms and 8 sheltered accommodations on the ground floor.The building is laid out around an inner courtyard and attractive garden. This innercity development for a growing target group in this case, senior citizens, can be realised due to a strong partnership. Haus Christo offers living in small residential groups and there is a variety of types of care available from very light assistance to special full care. In addition there are also rooms equipped for temporary accommodation and care. The interior design is based on a Mediterranean style theme to make a feel-good atmosphere for the residents. Cinema Paradiso
This modern development in the centre of Hoofddorp is in perfect keeping with the Municipality’s vision to give the town centre more vitality. In total 126 apartments geared chiefly towards the starters market will be realised. A cinema and a number of restaurants of which The Nieuwenhuizen Groep are the owners and operators are also being realised. Delivery of the project will take place in stages whereby the planned opening of the cinema is expected to be towards the end of 2011.
FOX Vakanties
FOX Vakanties, a 100% subsidiary of ANWB, will locate to Park 20|20® in the first part of 2012. Its unique new building reflects the company’s core activity of exotic travel and holidays in the colours and scents that are apparent in its special architecture and design. The sustainable nature of the building and its ambition for a BREEAM score- Excellent links in perfectly with one of Fox Vakanties’ specific aims which is to realise their own sustainable objectives alongside their core business. The building is tailor-made to fully meet all client specifications and needs. One of its most important features is its ‘travel theatre;’ it is here that commercial activities such as ‘sound and light shows’ will take place for clients in preparation for their vacations. This kind of feature also couples nicely to an aspect of the Park 20|20® concept whereby 24/7 activity and industriousness are pursued.
FIFPro
FIFPro, the International Federation of Professional Footballers will take up residence at its new office at Park 20|20 towards the end of 2012. A total package that offers a great location, a great building, an attractive site together with the whole sustainable nature of the park means it is an ideal purchase for the client. FIFPro’s new building is of a special custom made design which includes a purpose built auditorium offering excellent facilities for press conferences and presentations. It clearly meets the federation’s needs on all levels.
Singelkwartier
Singelkwartier, an exclusive apartment complex that is to be built along the Singel, on the edge of the inner city centre of Woerden. 52 top-quality apartments in a wide variety of styles. A combination of stylish architecture, durable materials and high standards of comfort in a unique location are a few characteristics of this project. There will also be a covered parking garage with storage facilities in the storehouse behind the complex which is to be redeveloped. Design by Architectenburo Ben Kraan.
BSH Huishoudapparaten
Six top brands of household appliances will be housed together in Park 20|20’s first office building, these are Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, Constructa, Neff and Solitaire. BSH, as first tenant, is leasing approximately 8,000 m2 of high end office space of which half will be dedicated to fully equipped showrooms. Key values from BSH’s company philosophy are productivity, openness, creativity and vigour for employees. These values are complementary and in keeping with the Cradle to Cradle principle, the basis of which underpins the architecture for this acclaimed building by William McDonough + Partners.
Park Zuidhof
Park Zuidhof, an apartment complex in a green environment, with three residential towers of 6, 8 and 14 storeys. In total 123 apartments with a varied range of 3 and 4 room apartments. Ample on-site parking. A public garden with a stunning water feature giving immediate atmosphere.
The design involves a great deal of glass as well as various other materials such as brick and wood. Each tower will have an individual identity thanks to a unique combination of colour and material. Karavelle Quartier
In Rostock, at the Holzhalbinsel, a prestigious project of mixed property development is about to be realised in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of 5.000 m2 office space, plus parking facilities with up to 400 parking places,130 senior citizen purpose-built apartments and 4.500 m2 of retail development. Phase 2 will consist of 38 high quality apartments with a surface area of between 60 and 180 m2. Another 1.600 m2 is designated for further retail development and restaurants. The project’s architects are Nattler Architecten based in Essen. This new development within walking distance of the characteristic ancient inner-city and at Rostock’s waterfront mixes work, accommodation, shops and leisure to create a vibrant dynamic environment for all. Recently long-term lease contracts were signed with Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, the RENAFAN Group and a pharmaceutical company.
AMB 10
In een volledige joint venture met AMB Property Corporation is dit nieuwe logistieke centrum, onderdeel van Fokker Logitics Park nabij Schiphol, van 12.500 m2 gerealiseerd. Deze zichtlocatie aan de Fokkerweg biedt de mogelijkheid voor verhuur van units vanaf ca. 3.500 m2.
Bad Driburg
A new retail centre is being realised in Bad Driburg spa, a town in the federal state of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Here, several well-known retail chains like Aldi, Rewe, Deichmann and Takko will put up their new stores, while the BMW garage will remain in its present location. Consisting of new construction as well as renovation objects, the project is realised among the existing constructions. It will give the area a considerable quality boost.

Hof am Schloss
In het centre of Bad Bentheim, at the location of a former garden centre, 30 exclusive appartments in 3 buildings are being realised. The first phase has already been delivered. Les Lions d'Azur
Solid development in Tours, office complex Les Deux Lions. 12,000 m2 of office space distributed over 4 storeys. In addition to this project a subterranean parking garage is also being constructed that will provide parking for 300 vehicles, and there will be 10,000m2 of space for shops.
Amstelwijck
This is new development lying directly adjacent to the A16 and N3 on the Amstelwijck business park. These premises will provide office space for several tenants. To retain simplicity, materials such as natural stone, concrete, wood and glass will be used in the design allowing the building to come into it’s own right. The Achitectects Van Heerde en Partners and Interior designers Dil & Bonazzi can be relied upon to create a spectacular design.
Auf den Erlen
This project is being developped in an area comprising of approximately 40.000 m2. The project will realise a combination of 3.000 m2 retail areas and 51 houses and a number of apartments located on the edge of the centre of Wiesbaden.
Theodorpark Logistics Center
A logistical centre with 12,000 m2 of logistical storage space, 1,250 m2 of offices and 50 parking places will be built at the soon to be developed industrial area Theodorpark on the north side of Düsseldorf. This centrally located area is near the airport and the important arterial roads A52 and A44.
AMB 3-4
In a full joint venture with AMB Property Corporation this new logistical centre will truly set the tone of the area near Schiphol. The plan makes optimal use of the available land. Its realisation will be part of the development of the Fokker Logistics Park.
Kempten
Flexibility, quality and speed were the key words during the development of a new assembly hall for CFS Bühl in Kempten. A new assembly hall with office facilities has been built at the new Kempten industrial site on the A7. The flexible layout of the building makes it suitable for a variety of functions.
AMB 1-2
In order to better understand the wishes and quality standards of AMB, Delta Projectontwikkeling analysed various projects of AMB in the US.It goes without saying that in a logistical centre of this size (total 43,000 m2) the design is tailored to the needs of tenants. A new logistical centre that reflects a great deal of specialisation and which can certainly compete with the other superior industrial and logistical centres of AMB in Europe, Asia and North America.
Horizon Ste Victoire
Delta SNSPF France developed the office complex Horizon St Victoire at risk on the last parcel of industrial site Parc de la Duranne. The complex was realised within a short period of time. Its flexible usage options and outstanding location, along with an intensive marketing campaign, ensured successful acquisition of tenants before delivery.
La Loggia
This beautiful belle époque villa built in the late 19th century has been restored in a decorative way, while retaining its original details.
KPN Cyber Center
This development of the former computer centre of Fokker Aircraft is a textbook example of a creative redevelopment project. User KPN wanted to be able to use parts of the building for some of its activities within a very short period of time. So with the user already active, the building was completely renovated, expanded and provided with an entirely new facade and installations. The building is a high quality cybercentre in which security and operational safety are of the essence.
Fokker Services
Within a very strict time schedule the Fokker Services project was developed, in close cooperation with the user, into a top level facility for the revision and maintenance of aircraft components and avionics.
Markendaal
At the site of the former police station on Markendaalseweg, "Markendaal" demonstrates a new, high quality architectural interpretation in the form of residential, shopping, catering and parking facilities. The classic architecture of the new buildings fits perfectly in the historic city centre of Breda.
Les Deux Arcs
At one of the most beautiful locations of the industrial park Sophia Antipolis near Nice, an office complex was developed in the form of two arcs. The building was finished at a level of extremely high quality and its many terraces and the way light enters have made it a very inspiring work environment for various high-tech users.
Les Myrthes
This was the first project to be realised in France. This belle époque villa has been beautifully restored, retaining its original elements. The garden and the swimming pool were also integral parts of the renovation.
Rivage
Flexibility and speed, creativity and phasing were the key words during the development of a new office for CMG Oost-Nederland. Delta Projectontwikkeling was responsible for not only the turn-key delivery of the facilities but also its interior decoration. Interior recognizably consistent with the exterior through the extensive use of natural materials (wood, stone and a great amount of glass).
Simac
Tailor-made fulfilment of the client’s requirements and complete transparency in terms of cost price – without ever compromising the building’s value for possible future tenants - were the basis of the new work environment for Simac.
De Meander
The former Social Services office was developed into an innovative starters’ centre in collaboration with the municipality of Zoetermeer. This proved a significant impetus for the revitalisation of the Palenstein district.
Bellegarde
Residence Bellegarde, a luxury apartment complex at Wimbledonpark in Amstelveen. This complex is another example of the redevelopment of a former garden centre on the periphery of the heart of Amstelveen. By consulting with the residents and then adapting the apartment facilities to their wishes, with some apartments being linked, it was possible to ensure that not a single apartment was the same as another.
Schiepoort
The office complex Schiepoort was an important impetus for the successful development of the industrial site Vijfsluizen in Schiedam. The office complex started as a risk object but was then completely leased out before its delivery to tenants Deloitte and Stolt Nielsen.
IJsselhof
The first office development at the IJsseloord II industrial site in Arnhem. A stylish design by architect Harry van 't Hof incorporating a great amount of glass and various natural materials.
De Tjasker
Originally intended as a site for industrial facilities, the location was uprated in close consultation with the municipality Woerden into an office location for the tenant Fortis. It was developed in cooperation with Volker Wessels.
Village
The Village project is located in the centre of Bussum and is a combination of residential, professional, shopping and parking facilities. The complex consists of 53 apartments in 29 variations. Striking architecture, staggered and differently finished facades alternating with a variety of terraces and roof and courtyard gardens result in a lively presentation. The complex also includes shops, an ING Bank and a 108-space subterranean parking garage.
Amstelle
An excellent example of inner city redevelopment. A new housing complex was built at the location of the Technische Unie. Large-scale asbestos sanitation and complete demolition down to the cellars, after which the new housing complex was realised on the building’s foundation.
Buikslotermeerplein
A true inner city development. A combination of 69 apartments with a covered parking garage, 17 maisonettes, 1,500 m2 of shops, 1,000 m2 of offices and 500 m2 of catering facilities.
Karpervijver
Renovation of the silver factory of Kempen en Begeer. Unique style elements were left intact in a creative and modern office environment. This project was carried out in collaboration with Volker Wessels.
Phi Data
The office building for PHI Data has been a customised realisation and has been one of the first office developments on the Middelland Zuid business park in Woerden. The ageless design of architect Es van Ginkel has been given full play in part through the combination of water and landscape at this prominent high-profile location.
