OTX Logistics and PVH Europe sign for Abc Square at Schiphol Trade Park.

Abc Square is a development by Delta Development Group and VolkerWessels Logistics Development. It consists of 37.000 m² of high-quality business premises, office and multi-functional spaces. Located on the west side are the large scale business premises for production, storage and logistics. The building is fully electric with no connection to the gas network plus the sun roof of 25.000 m2 ensures enough power so that the building is well provided for.


OTX Logistics and PVH Europe are the first tenants at Schiphol Trade Park who are explicitly looking for the added valued of sustainable solutions for their logistics needs.  OTX Logistics BV will, from the end of 2019, lease 14.400 m2, PVH Europe BV will follow in the second quarter of 2020 with 7.000 m2.


OTX Logistics BV is a global logistics service provider with more than 50 offices in 16 countries. OTX Logistics specializes in, among other things, the fashion and lifestyle sector in which the company follows developments closely. The new ABC facility fits perfectly with their social profile in which CO2 saving is an important priority.



PVH Corp. is one of the largest clothing companies in the world with well-known brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and IZOD. The company has approximately 38.000 employees and operates in 40 countries. The energy-positive and Cradle to Cradle optimized ABC Square matches PVH’s ambition to make their products circular. In addition, PVH has committed themselves to using only energy from renewable sources by 2030.


There are 3 units still available in the building. These connectable units of 4.000m² each are designed for flexibility with the potential for use as a showroom, test-room, production facility or office. This project with its broad-ranging appeal would suit users such as logistics service providers, regional trading companies or fashion and hi-tech businesses for example.


The tenants’ advisors were Hangos Real Estate. The advisors for Abc Square are Van Gool Elburg and Cushman & Wakefield. On completion Abc Square will be placed in a fund in a portfolio of Barings Core Fund Transaction Sàrl.
