The SHARE building in Park 20|20 lives up to its name: it is clear that it is a social building. With an open character and plenty of greenery, similar to many other buildings in the park, it encourages a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for all its users. Currently, the building houses the Benelux headquarters of well-known cosmetics brand L'Oréal.

Built for users

Upon entering SHARE's beautiful atrium, it is immediately clear that the building offers everything you need: comfort, natural light and impressive architecture. Great attention has been paid to the well-being of the users and their guests. A 100 m² green wall ensures a healthy and pleasant indoor climate, while also improving acoustics. The result is a modern, warm building where you immediately feel at home.

SHARE features several shared facilities, such as a restaurant, gym, business centre and meeting rooms. In addition, an attractive stairwell and a beautiful garden encourage a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for all users, whether working or visiting. The fact that everyone in each department can enjoy the view of the greenery outside promotes connection between people and encourages cooperation between different departments.

Durably designed

SHARE is designed from the idea that we make optimal use of natural materials in construction. Moreover, we want to ensure that these materials can be reused after their life cycle through the design-for-use approach.

Sustainability is at the heart of SHARE: the design combines high-tech, sustainable and Cradle-to-Cradle materials. The building uses renewable energy sources and has integrated solar panels throughout the atrium roof. This allows the building to be self-sufficient in all its energy needs. In addition, the 100 m² green wall ensures that the air is purified.
