Share constantly takes into account the well-being of its users and their guests.
It is clear that this is a social building: it connects people and stimulates cooperation between different departments. And you can't get around the enormous green wall of 100 m². The green and open character is a tried and tested recipe in most other buildings on park 20|20, an approach that users are very enthusiastic about.
The building promotes a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for all its users, whether they are working or visiting. Share has been designed with the awareness that we must make the best possible use of natural materials in construction. And that we should also ensure that these materials can be reused after their life cycle thanks to the design for re-use approach.
Share breathes sustainability. The design consists of a combination of high-tech, sustainable and Cradle to Cradle materials. The building uses sustainable energy and solar panels are integrated in the entire atrium roof. The aforementioned green wall ensures a healthy and pleasant indoor climate and improves the acoustics in the building. The result is a modern, warm building where you immediately feel welcome.
