Delta leases 2.600 m2 to ANWB in Assen
Delta Property Investment B.V. has, for Delta Property Fund 9 C.V., closed a 5 year deal with ANWB B.V. for approximately 2.600 m2 office space including parking. The building located in Assen at Amerikaweg 16, is on the industrial site, Peelerpark and has in an ideal location with excellent visibility on the A28. The ANWB has chosen this location for its alarm centre.

Start of construction PARK 20|20 – Realisation of new office for BSH Huishoudapparaten
In true German style Coert Zachariasse, representing Park 20|20 C.V. and Mr. Kurt-Ludwig Gutberlet, CEO of BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH (BSH), gave the official go-ahead on Thursday 29th April, for the realisation of the first office according to Cradle to Cradle philosophy at Park 20|20 in Beukenhorst Zuid, Hoofddorp. A time capsule containing a personal contribution and message from each speaker relating to the development of Park 20|20, was placed in the foundations of the parking area of the new building.
